Tenant improvement for Fish Shop, a neighborhood seafood spot. Fish & chips, crudo plates, ice cold martinis, and a perfect Guinness. Where you can get oysters by the dozen, a perfect burger, or a crisp salad. There’s always something familiar, and something a little unexpected.

Extensive renovation including the addition of a new bar, all new millwork throughout, storefront modifications, kitchen and back-of-house modifications, renovation of existing bathrooms, and all new lighting and materials. The architectural and interior design scopes were carefully coordinated with the owner’s design aesthetic and the Brand Designer’s visual language and branding guidelines, all custom-made for Fish Shop.
